Support - Chunky 1.5 inch thick gallery wrapped canvas, staples on the reverse. Sides painted black.
Date - 8/2008
Vanished for protection.

This painting in thick, knife applied oil depicts a lush abstracted forest in rich hues of green, brown, blue, and yellow. Contrasting and vibrant red flowers dot the forest floor. This is an intense piece in real life - so much time and detail went into it. There are literally thousands of individual paint marks "tapped" onto the surface.
